1. Perform failure analysis of semiconductor products with modern failure analysis tools, to isolate and identify the failure mechanisms and the root causes.

2. To work closely with Process Engineers, Device and Testing Engineers and Reliability Engineers to improve semiconductor products yield and reliability.

與公司相關工藝，產品，開發等部門密切合作持續改善提高公司產品的良率和質量可靠性水準。



3. To conduct failure analysis engineering job to support line production for the company. To take an important role in trouble shooting when line excursion.

為公司生產部門提供服務，及時有效提高問題解決能力。



4. To study and extend new capabilities of equipment to meet new technology development in the company.

持續提高技術能力。



5. To mentor and train FA technicians to master the operation and analysis skills.

為技術員提供培訓指導。



Requirement:



1. Bachelor or above majoring in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science.

本科及以上學歷，電子，物理，材料等專業

2. Good command of verbal and written both in English and Chinese, with good communication skills.

英文書寫，口語表達能力良好。

3. Must be a team player and self-motivated.

工作積極主動，具有團隊合作精神

5. 2+ years hands on experience with following Semiconductor FA techniques is preferred;

(SEM, FIB, TEM, EMMI/OBIRCH,)
