主要職責(zé)：

1、負(fù)責(zé)客戶端的工藝支持，包括新設(shè)備的工藝驗(yàn)證，運(yùn)行中復(fù)雜工藝問題的診斷、分析和解決
2、為新的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用開發(fā)新的工藝；或與客戶緊密合作，優(yōu)化半導(dǎo)體設(shè)備的工藝參數(shù)以滿足客戶對(duì)工藝和整合方面的需求
3、根據(jù)公司內(nèi)部或客戶的要求，設(shè)計(jì)完整的技術(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn)，收集處理實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，并出具相關(guān)報(bào)告
4、指導(dǎo)客戶對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行正確的操作和維護(hù)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide process support to clients through new tool demos, on site evaluations as well as necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting of complex equipment and system issues.
2. Work closely with clients to optimize tool performance to meet clients’ process and integration requirements.
3. Design complete technical experiment, collect data and output report per internal and external clients’ requirement.
4. Instruct clients in the operation and maintenance of system and equipment.

崗位要求：
1、碩士及以上學(xué)歷，微電子、物理、化學(xué)、材料科學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)
2、有效的溝通和人際交往能力
3、較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，快速學(xué)習(xí)的能力以及承受富有挑戰(zhàn)性工作的能力
4、良好的英語(yǔ)聽說讀寫能力

Requirements:
1. Master / PhD degree preferred, majored in Microelectronics/Physics/Chemistry/Materials technology or related field.
2. Strong communication skills and interpersonal presence.
3. Be responsible & cooperative, strong capability of quick learning & willing to take on tough issues.
4. Have a good command of English.
