一、崗位職責

1. Complete new production line setup include equipment installation and process/product qualification to meet organization goals. 

2. Establish related processes and procedures to achieve high quality of technology, products and delivery. 

3. Support manufacture team to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations. 

4. Develop, implement and coordinate all improvement activities to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products. 

5. Monitor and track the production performance and sustain equipment availability. （佛山封裝測試獵頭）

二、任職要求

1.Rich experiences in semicoductor assembly field, especially in BG/Grooving/Dicing etc. 

2.have knowledge in SPC, Six sigma etc. 

3.Good english communication and presentation skill
