Reporting to Accounting Manager, the Fixed asset role involves…
What a typical day looks like:
Complete PRC Audit /DTT Audit/SOX Audit Yearly/others
Prepare FA US GAAP VS PRC GAAP Book/ Movement /Detail action and FA sample etc.
Scrap sales /check EPP/Verify customs tax payment for Non PO etc/Insurance renewal/meeting/training/FA/RCTS/Reply email etc.
Fixed Assets physical audit / Continue update DS information and push GBS input DS system / Tag
Continue update DS information and push GBS input DS system.
Complete FA PI yearly for PCBA and MECH ( FA Category include Flex owned/Flex tracking/Flex customer
consigned/leased)
Collect FA List for new addition & missed to prepare print template, then send to TE to help print.
Assign tag to Owner.
Prepare Journal Entry (Addition/Disposal/Transfer/Depreciation/Adjustment etc.)
Prepare all FA related transaction and send to GBS India before GBS deadline
Confirm all transaction with related department based on Policy .
Collect and check all related supporting doc from LOG/MRO/User department.
Verify special items with related department.
Prepare entry form.
Send entry and Supporting doc to GBS India FA team to book in Baan and EAM.
Feedback GBS India question about transaction.
Check and confirm to finalize entry.
Support Capex application and prepare depreciation FOL
Check CER and push User department to modify error.
Line by line to check quotation whether verified by Globe asset team and whether have capex fcst.
Check related supporting doc whether completed.
Help to solve related PRJ/Capex question.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Major in Finance related.
