Responsibilities:

1 Support tech team to meet the goals on Machine Down time; Utilization;

to improve MTBA / MTBF 支持技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成機(jī)器Down Time、Utilization、MTBA/MTBF的目標(biāo)

2 Follow equipment specification to do machine installation & buy off.

根據(jù)設(shè)備規(guī)格書(shū)完成設(shè)備安裝和驗(yàn)收

3 Do shift online support for continuous production line and ensure equipment in good performance to meet the goals on quality, yield, and cost, utilization and cycle time.

翻班支持產(chǎn)線，確保設(shè)備正常狀態(tài)

4 Support the production Report the online machine status and issue to Senior Tech and Engineer.

支持生產(chǎn)報(bào)告實(shí)時(shí)設(shè)備狀態(tài)

5 Implement the proactive & preventive maintenance plan, to do the regular maintenance job and to improve equipment capability thru continuous improvement activities.

實(shí)施PM，并完成常規(guī)維修工作，通過(guò)不斷改善，提高設(shè)備能力

6 Perform assembly equipment conversion and do well 5S job and ensure the continued and smoothed production line. 進(jìn)行設(shè)備改機(jī)及5S，確保持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的生產(chǎn)

7 Give training Operator about machine operation and to improve their working skill.

傳達(dá)關(guān)于設(shè)備操作培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容給操作員，以提高其工作能力

8 Spare parts hand out; replacement; and make good recode for tracking.

負(fù)責(zé)備件的替換和記錄

Requirements:

1 Diploma, Major in Engineering will be preferred.

大專學(xué)歷，主修理工科優(yōu)先

2 Between 1~3 yrs of similar function in IC Test & Assem industry.

在封裝測(cè)試行業(yè)類似崗位1～3年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者

3 Workable English.
